Trouble with BookMyne?

After a system upgrade earlier this week people have been reporting issues with our mobile app. If you are having problems logging into your account with BookMyne the only known fix at this time is to delete and re-install the app on your device.

When the application is re-installed you will have to add your library—Springfield, Oregon Public Library—again. Be sure to add the right Springfield. The easiest way to do this is to let the app know your device's location.

Once that's done you should be able to re-enter your credentials and log in again with no problem. If this doesn't work for you please call us at 541-726-3766.

Download the library app to your phone or tablet.
Search the catalog, create reading lists, and browse recommendations. Log into your account and renew your items, place holds or change your PIN. Download it for free from iTunes.
