Trouble with BookMyne?

After a system upgrade earlier this week people have been reporting issues with our mobile app. If you are having problems logging into your account with BookMyne the only known fix at this time is to delete and re-install the app on your device.

When the application is re-installed you will have to add your library—Springfield, Oregon Public Library—again. Be sure to add the right Springfield. The easiest way to do this is to let the app know your device's location.

Once that's done you should be able to re-enter your credentials and log in again with no problem. If this doesn't work for you please call us at 541-726-3766.

Access Video on Demand from Infobase is here. Now you have access to great documentataries, educational films, and instructional videos from video producers like HBO, BBC, National Geographic, and more. All you need is a library card and connection to the internet. If you don't have internet access from home you can watch the videos here at the library. If you don't have a library card bring in your proof of ID and address and we'll get you set up.
